Skilled Care
Congregational Home is licensed to provide skilled nursing care by the State of Wisconsin. The daily charge is based on the level of nursing services required.

Congregational Home is Medicare-certified and does participate in Medicare (Title 18) programs, but does not participate in Medicaid (Title 19) programs.

Skilled Care Amenities
The daily fee Includes the following:

• All meals
  
• Bed, all bed and bath linens, and draperies in each unit
  
• Laundry and housekeeping
  
• Use of lounges, craft rooms and many recreational and social activities
  
• Nursing care
  
• Social Services
  
• Individually-controlled heat and air conditioning, electricity and cable TV acces

Special Charges
We can assist in making arrangements for physician, dental, podiatry, eye care or other professional services.

The Skilled Care Wisconsin State Tax is $170.00 per month.

Respite (Short-Term) admission rates are $10 over the permanent daily rate.

There is a one-time Skilled Care processing fee of $250 due at time of admission.
