Apartments/Assisted Living
Individuals who choose apartment living at Congregational Home do so knowing that they can be as independent as they would like while having the reassurance of available assistance should it be needed. Several deluxe one- and two-bedroom floor plan options are available, each with a washer and dryer. Larger units include a full kitchen while smaller floor plans include a kitchenette.

The option of Assisted Living at Congregational Home includes a meal plan, weekly housekeeping, laundry service and limited personal care. If an apartment resident’s needs should increase, additional personal and/or nursing service is available to enhance the resident’s ability to remain independent as long as possible.

Skilled Care
We provide long- and short-term care for residents within our designated skilled care areas. The first-floor unit consists of all private rooms within a supportive environment encouraging individuals to be self-directed when appropriate. Our second-floor unit consists of mostly private rooms. It is designed for residents with advanced limitations in self-care, who regularly require a high level of assistance and medical management. All residents in our skilled care units are encouraged to participate in activities to the best of their ability.
