Apartment Types Floor plans
Plan A is a one-bedroom with a balcony and is 870 sq. ft. View floor plan
Plan B is a one-bedroom with a den and is 985 sq. ft. View floor plan
Plan C is a large one-bedroom with a balcony and is 1,010 sq. ft. View floor plan
Plan D is a two-bedroom with 2 bathrooms and is 1,165 sq. ft. View floor plan
Plan E is a two-bedroom with 2 bathrooms, a den, a balcony and is
1,290 sq. ft. 		View floor plan

** 85% refundable regardless of length of residence
*** There is a one-time processing fee of $250 due at time of admission

Second Person Charge $200 per month
Indoor Parking $45 per month

 

Heating, air conditioning and appliances are electric and billed directly to each resident by Wisconsin Electric Power Company.
