May 13, 2007 - Mother's Day is a special day at Congregational Home and this year was no exception. With the freshly-cut yellow tulips decorating the tables, it was obvious that spring was in the air. Dining Services presented a wonderful buffet with the main course consisting of a mouth-watering, carved beef roast. It was hard to decide between the strawberry cake and pistachio torte for dessert. But what was most noticeable was the obvious delight of our residents as they shared this special day with their loved ones. Thank you to all of you who made this such a memorable day.

July 26, 2006 - Our Annual Pig Roast had a circus theme this year, with many, many circus decorations filling our walls and tables. As our dedicated staff roasted three pigs and 50 chickens, our residents were able to watch the interesting process while enjoying the beautiful day outside. A little entertainment and fun was topped off by a feast that was enjoyed by our residents and family members. And feast they did!!
