Charles T. Nelson, R.N., N.H.A.
President/C.O.O.

Mr. Nelson is responsible for the overall operation of the Congregational Home. His role as Administrator requires him to plan, administer, direct and coordinate all functions of the Home within the goals and policies established by the Board of Directors. He began his career as Administrator in 1986, and has been with Congregational Home since 1996.

Michael D. Simmons
Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Simmons has served on the Board of Directors for the past four years, most recently as Vice Chairman. He is the owner and President of Simmons Financial Management, an investment advisory firm providing portfolio management services for high net worth individuals. He also serves as Treasurer of First Congregational Church and is a member of the finance and investment committees at Brookfield Academy. Mr. Simmons has a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a major in Finance, Investment and Banking. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ripon College with a Business Management major.
